The team at Guards Polo Club hosted their World's Biggest Coffee Morning a day early this year but it proved a major success. The Club raised £1,200 for Macmillan Cancer Support, believed to be our highest tally to date. Not only was this a lovely opportunity to catch up over delicious cakes and coffee in the Clubhouse - including a stunning offering from Mosimann's pastry chef Nick Hebditch -, but there was also the opportunity to kick on with some Christmas shopping.
There were plenty of great gift ideas in the room, as well as the popular, pre-loved book stall. Pam Manku even recreated the Guards kiosk, selling lots of the Club's own goodies. Add in the raffle and a couple of other fun games with prizes and it had all the ingredients to be a super fun, fundraising morning. The only dile
