After much deliberation, the Board of Guards Polo Club is pleased to announce that it has appointed Lt Col Sean O’Dwyer as a Director and as Chairman of the Board. His appointment will be ratified at the Annual General Meeting in April 2024.

Sean has been a long-term life playing member of Guards, a Vice President since 2008 and acting Chairman since the unexpected sad passing of our previous Chairman Brian Stein earlier this year. The Board is delighted that Sean has agreed to continue in his role as Chairman of the Club.
